Julio is leading the Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Chile for Alvarez & Marsal. Has over 25 years of programme and project management experience in Americas and Australia, working with leading engineering and construction companies (EPCM/ EPC), mining and international consultants in the natural resources sector. He has leads and developed capital projects from pre-investment studies (FEL - Front End Loading) to execution, including SIB initiatives (Stay In Business), performing design and construction for process plants and related infrastructure (water and power, including renewables) in mining and metals investments. Julio is Mechanical Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, MBA from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez and PMP (Project Management Professional) from Project Management Institute.
